EEOC Quickly Finds Discrimination Claim Unsupported

Just two months after Jillian Barron submitted a detailed response to a former employee’s religious discrimination claim, the EEOC dismissed the employee’s charge. The employer’s documentation demonstrated that the employee was disciplined and ultimately terminated based on performance issues, and that the employee reported religious discrimination only after learning discipline was about to be imposed.
