The ABA Section of Labor & Employment Law will be holding their 5th Annual Conference in Seattle, November 2-5 2011. Jeff James is serving as a Litigation Track Coordinator and will be moderating a program titled “Trial in a TV Generation” on November 3. The program will focus on how generational issues effect the way juries view evidence and how best to present evidence to different jurors. The program will include a jury consultant/psychologist along with practitioners who will give live demonstrations designed to keep jurors engaged.
