Monica Ghosh recently obtained a victory for a client after a contentious administrative hearing concerning an employee’s appeal of the denial of her unemployment benefits. Though employee appeals routinely succeed before the Office of Administrative Hearings, the judge found (after much cross-examination by Monica) the employee’s assertion that she was terminated “for no reason” strained credulity and affirmed the finding in favor of the client.
