Jeff James and Amanda Masters recently locked in a client’s class action dismissal by the Court of Appeals. The plaintiffs/appellants had petitioned the Washington State Supreme Court to overturn the result and let them stay in court. In a unanimous five-justice decision, the Supreme Court agreed with the Court of Appeals and issued a final deciding victory for SBJ’s client.
