Jeff James and Matt Kelly have succeeded in having all claims dismissed against our client in a multi-party case involving claims for wrongful termination, defamation, and violation of the equal pay act. The case, Fowler v. Mission Support Alliance, et al. was filed by the former in-house counsel for Mission Support Alliance. In addition to suing the corporate defendant, she sued current and former officers of the corporation along with their spouses. Jeff and Matt convinced the Court that Ms. Fowler’s claims against a former senior officer and his wife were meritless and that they should be dismissed from the case.
