Charge Dismissed!

Jeff James recently succeeded in obtaining dismissal of an EEOC Charge alleging sexual harassment, retaliation, and failure to accommodate.  The Charging Party had filed a lengthy Charge that included a significant Request for Information.  Thanks in large part to our client’s diligence in gathering witness statements and responsive documents, Jeff was able to convince the EEOC to dismiss  the matter.
