Faster Wheels—Same Justice

Within days of receiving notice that the EEOC had dismissed a Charge of Discrimination filed against our client in December of 2008 in Pennsylvania, Jeff James received more good news: the EEOC issued a “No Cause” finding on behalf of another client charged with discriminatory employment practices. The second Charge of Discrimination was filed in December of 2009 in Seattle. The difference in processing speed between the two offices may be explained by the superior coffee in Seattle!
