It’s Not a Federal Case (anymore)

Jeff James recently assisted out-of-state counsel in getting a pro se plaintiff’s complaints dismissed from federal court with prejudice.  As is the case with most pro se plaintiffs, the Court showed leniency and gave the plaintiff multiple opportunities to submit a complaint that could survive dismissal.  But she proved to be an even worse lawyer than employee, and the Court finally ordered her case closed.
