He is a frequent author and lecturer on labor and employment topics and is a past Trustee of the Associated General Contractors of Washington, as well as Past President of the Western Washington Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. Feider has represented employers for over 25 years in wrongful discharge, discrimination, trade secret/non-competition and wage and hour litigation. He is a frequent lecturer on disability and accommodation, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and wage and hour laws. He is admitted in Washington and Texas and belongs to the French American Chamber of Commerce and the British American Chamber of Commerce.
