Sebris Busto James shareholder Judd Lees spoke to contractor and associate members of the Western Washington Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors at their Business Breakfast on October 17, 2017 in Bellevue, Washington. Judd provided updates on labor and employment laws affecting construction contractors and, in particular, changes since President Trump took office. Of particular focus was proactive labor and employment measures contractors should be taking in response to the shortage of workers in the construction industry. Judd is Chapter Labor Counsel as well as Past President of the organization, comprised of 300-plus members of the construction industry in the Pacific Northwest.
