Jeff James and Monica Ghosh teamed up to defeat a class action brought against our client before the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review. The plaintiffs alleged that our client unlawfully discriminated against U.S. citizens by favoring immigrant workers for technology jobs. In fact, our client participated on a job board that merely encouraged H-1B visa holders who had lost their employment to apply along with every other qualified applicant. The Chief Administrative Hearing Officer was persuaded by our arguments and dismissed the action.
