No! Go!

In what resembled a legal round of “whack-a-mole,” Jeff James and Laura Edwards successfully blocked a series of motions brought against our client in Superior Court, despite the existence of an arbitration agreement between the parties. First came the motion for temporary restraining order (TRO), followed by a motion for preliminary injunction coupled with a series of related motions, all aimed at forcing our client to litigate. In response to each motion, Jeff argued that the parties had executed a binding arbitration agreement and should not be in court. The Court agreed, denying plaintiff any relief and sending the parties off to arbitration.
