Han graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2003 from the University of Washington with a dual degree in English and Comparative Literature. He went on to attend law school at UW, graduating in 2007. Han spent several years at a litigation firm in Seattle before joining the civil rights division within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). There he served as a lead investigator for various complex discrimination/civil rights cases brought before the Department. He rose to become HUD’s Enforcement Branch Chief for the Pacific Northwest region in 2020, and then later became the region’s Enforcement Director before joining Sebris Busto James in 2025.
Outside the office, Han enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and listening to a good podcast while working out.
