Pilgrims Call Their Employer a “Turkey”

There’s more going on at Plymouth rock today in Massachusetts than a celebration of the landing of intrepid Pilgrims in 1620.  The employees who portray Pilgrims at the museum in Plymouth, Massachusetts are engaged in informational picketing against the Plimoth Plantation to enlist public support for the union’s bargaining efforts to raise wages.  The Pilgrims joined the Society of Allied Museum Professionals a year ago but have yet to reach an initial agreement.  No word yet on the issues keeping the parties apart at the table.
