Senior Counsel Jason Rossiter and Managing Shareholder Jeff James recently delivered some good news to our client that had been accused of wrongfully terminating an employee. After engaging in significant discovery efforts, they filed a motion for summary judgment. The night before the deadline for plaintiff’s response, his counsel wrote to say that rather than attempt to respond, plaintiff had decided to just dismiss the lawsuit!
