Jeff James and Monica Ghosh succeeded in convincing the United States District Court, and then the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, to dismiss the claims of a pro se plaintiff who claimed disability discrimination, failure to accommodate, religious discrimination, and a host of other claims against his former tech employer. The plaintiff was abnormally prolific, filing hundreds of pleadings both before and after his claims were dismissed, to the point that he was declared a vexatious litigant and his appeal was declared frivolous.
