Mara’s practice emphasizes both traditional labor law, including collective bargaining, NLRB and PERC representation, and labor arbitrations, as well as advice and counsel to employers on a variety of employment matters. Mara has over 25 years of experience in labor and employment, most recently serving as Senior Labor Counsel at Archbright (formerly Washington Employers Association). She has done extensive work in both the public and private sector, representing employers in manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit human services, transportation, construction and education. Mara will continue her work offering wise counsel to employers on their labor and employment law matters. We are thrilled to have Mara join the Sebris Busto James family!
