Jeff James recently received a judicial determination upholding the dismissal of a multi-million dollar federal civil rights claim against an elected official. The court originally agreed that the claims were time-barred, and was unpersuaded by plaintiff’s counsel’s efforts to get the court to reconsider its decision.
