Smoking Gun Leads to Dismissal

Managing Shareholder Jeff James and Senior Counsel Jason Rossiter teamed up to obtain the dismissal with prejudice of federal False Claims Act allegations against our client.  Through tenacious and widespread discovery efforts, Jason and Jeff uncovered a “smoking gun” in the plaintiff’s past employment.  Shortly after this discovery was shared with plaintiff’s counsel, the federal claims were dismissed with prejudice and the matter was put to rest.
