Through tenacious and widespread discovery efforts, Jason and Jeff uncovered a “smoking gun” in the plaintiff’s past employment. Shortly after this discovery was shared with plaintiff’s counsel, the federal claims were dismissed with prejudice and the matter was put to rest.
