Jeff James and Amanda Masters were happy to receive an Order from the Washington State Supreme Court denying plaintiff’s petition for discretionary review and cementing their string of victories. The plaintiff had lost two motions with the trial court, two motions with the Commissioner of the Court of Appeals, and an appeal to Division I of the Court of Appeals. Still undaunted, he had petitioned the State Supreme Court for discretionary review. The denial of the petition for discretionary review gives the client much-needed – and final – relief.
