SBJ’s Litigation Team has started 2017 with a pair of victories for our clients in separate matters involving claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of duty of loyalty, tortious interference, and unfair competition. SBJ protected its clients’ interests from former employees who had taken confidential, proprietary and trade secret information to use on behalf of a direct competitor to unfairly compete. The combined efforts of SBJ litigators Darren Feider, Tina Aiken, Jeff James, Jillian Barron and Matt Kelly resulted in the issuance of temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunction orders for our clients in Washington and California federal courts.
