SBJ Shareholder Darren Feider has been asked to speak at the monthly HR Roundtable of the Associated General Contractors of Washington scheduled for November 9, 2017 at the AGC Building in Seattle. Darren will be discussing the requirements and impact of the new Washington State paid leave law effective January 1, 2018, as well as other municipal and federal laws which mandate employee leave in certain situations. The presentation will also be available on-line as a webinar. Darren is a member of the AGC Legal Affairs Committee and a frequent lecturer on employment law topics.
