Each year, Chambers ranks leading law firms and lawyers in an extensive range of practice areas throughout the world. The results are compiled by full-time researchers that interview thousands of lawyers and their clients. The views of clients are given greater weight than those of attorneys. In the 2016 release of Chambers USA, Sebris Busto James again receives a high ranking in the Labor and Employment group, second only to the two largest firms in Washington (Perkins Coie and Davis Wright Tremaine).
