Ed Taylor was given the first annual Volunteer of the Year Award by Cares of Washington. Cares provides vocational training and employment assistance services to persons with disabilities and the economically disadvantaged. In honor of Ed’s many years of providing pro bono legal services to Cares, it has named its annual award after him.
