SBJ Shareholders Darren Feider, Jeff James, and Associate Nate Bailey recently obtained summary judgment on behalf of two former shareholders of Cobalt Mortgage, Inc. (“Cobalt”). The court found Cobalt liable for breach of an agreement in the amount of $544,800.00 plus prejudgment interest at 12% per year.
