Jeff James and Jennifer Parda received gratifying news from the Washington State Supreme Court that a pro se plaintiff’s attempt to overturn a Court of Appeal’s decision has been denied. The plaintiff had sued our client and a number of its managers, along with its predecessor and attorneys working for its predecessor, alleging a long list of claims. After obtaining victories in the trial court and appellate court, Jeff and Jen successfully opposed the plaintiff’s petition for review to the Supreme Court, closing the door on the plaintiff’s claims.
