“Trials Matter.” With those two powerful words, the Court of Appeals began its decision in which it affirmed the jury verdict in the matter of Lodis v. Corbis Corporation. As explained in prior write ups, our trial team consisting of Jeff James, Jennifer Parda-Aldrich, and Christy Kirchmeier obtained their third-consecutive jury verdict in May of 2014 on behalf of our client Corbis and its CEO. The inevitable appeal followed. On December 28, 2015 Division One of the Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment, upholding the rulings of the trial judge and the manner in which the evidence was presented.
